▪️ 180 g of flour
▪️120 g of sugar (can be reduced)
▪️ 100 g of sour cream
▪️70g of butter (soft)
▪️ 2 eggs
▪️ 10 g of baking powder
▪️1 tsp. vanilla sugar
A pinch of salt
▪️ berries, chocolate, citrus peel – as desired

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add one egg at a time, beating after each one. Then sour cream and beat again. The mass may delaminate – don’t worry, the flour will fix everything
Now, in portions, add the flour mixed with baking powder, salt and zest and knead everything well.
Add berries/chocolate and mix again.
Spread the dough in the molds, filling 3/4 and bake for 30-35 minutes.
