▪️700-1000 g of chicken legs or wings
▪️ 1/2 tbsp. flour (wheat, corn, rice)
▪️ 1 st. corn flakes
▪️500-700 ml of oil for frying, if prepared in a deep fryer
For the marinade:
▪️1/2 tsp. paprika
▪️1/3 tsp. dry garlic
▪️1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
▪️1 tsp. salt
▪️2 tbsp. oil
If you have wings, divide them into two parts along the joint.
Marinate the meat for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
We prepare plates for triple breading:
1 – flour
2 – eggs shaken with a small amount of water
3 – flakes (if necessary, grind them with a blender or a rolling pin, not very finely)
One by one, roll the chicken parts in flour, then in eggs and in flakes.
I advise you to cook it in a deep fryer, it is tastier that way. To do this, heat the oil, dip the breaded chicken in it and fry it until golden brown, periodically turning it over. Place the browned chicken on a paper towel or wire rack to remove excess fat and leave for 5 minutes. Then send it to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes for the wings and 20 minutes for the legs. Bon appetit!
