▪️Chicken fillet
▪️ Parmesan or hard cheese, you can take a mix of cheeses
▪️ Flour
▪️ Egg
▪️Oil for frying
▪️Salt and pepper

Cut the fillet in half lengthwise. Knock back a little. Salt and pepper.

Prepare for triple breading:
1 container with flour, 2 – with a shaken egg and tbsp. spoons water, 3 – with cheese grated on a fine or medium grater.

Dip the fillet in flour, then in the egg mixture and bread it with cheese, pressing it so that the cheese holds well.

Fry in a heated pan with oil on both sides and place on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Serve with any side dish: mashed potatoes, buckwheat, rice, pasta, etc. Or with a delicious vegetable salad.
